The FreePvP.eu webstore (the "Store"). You can contact us on Discord.
FreePvP.eu is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
By making a purchase in the Store, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you are younger, you may only purchase with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for the purchase.
The Store sells virtual items and services for use on the FreePvP.eu server, such as ranks, cosmetics, crates, keys and in-game currency ("Virtual Items").
Prices are shown in [EUR] and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, packages and sales at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already paid for.
Where a package is sold as a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through [the Store / your payment provider account / PayPal]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep your perks until then.
Virtual Items are normally delivered automatically within a few minutes, and you may need to be online in-game to receive them. If you have not received your purchase within [24 hours], contact [support email] with your transaction ID.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers). Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery begins. At checkout we ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Virtual Items are delivered. If you do not give this consent, we will not deliver the items until the withdrawal period has ended.
Refunds. Because Virtual Items are delivered instantly, all sales are final once delivered, except where:
To request a refund, contact on Discord within 14 days of purchase with your transaction ID.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider, as most problems can be solved quickly. If you open a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, or that we consider unjustified, we may remove the related Virtual Items and suspend your access to the server and Store while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in your favour or withdrawn, we will review the suspension.
Buying Virtual Items does not exempt you from the Server Rules. If you are muted, suspended or banned for breaking the rules, you are not entitled to a refund of Virtual Items, and purchases cannot be used to remove or shorten a punishment unless the Store explicitly sells an unban.
We may remove Virtual Items obtained through bugs, exploits, fraud or stolen payment methods.
The server is a live game that changes over time. We may change, rebalance, rename or remove Virtual Items, perks, game modes and in-game economies, and may reset worlds or game modes (for example, at the start of a new season). Where a change materially reduces a permanent rank you bought, we will try to give you an equivalent replacement.
We aim to keep the server and Store running, but we do not guarantee that they will be available without interruption, errors or data loss. Planned maintenance, outages and attacks (such as DDoS) may cause downtime.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We process the personal data you provide at checkout (such as your in-game username, email address, IP address and transaction details) to deliver your purchase, prevent fraud and handle support, in line with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the Store at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We will announce significant changes on our Discord and/or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of [country]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was closed in July 2025; consumers may instead contact a national consumer authority or an out-of-court dispute body.
